Zimmermans' jailhouse recordings about hidden Paypal money released

Orlando, Fla. - State Prosecutor Angela Corey has reportedly released the jailhouse recordings of the Zimmermans speaking in code about the hidden PayPal money.

After objections from the defense, only six of the 151 phone call recordings were released to the public. Lawyer Mark O'Mara reportedly argued that his clients family and friends were also on those tapes and could be put in jeopardy.

Defendant George Zimmerman is back behind bars after his bail was revoked for lying to the court about money he had stashed away in hidden online accounts.

His wife Shellie was also arrested for the same offense and charged with one count of perjury for telling the court she did not know how much money was in those accounts when recordings from her visits to her husband in jail proved otherwise.

According to his defense lawyer Mark O'Mara, Zimmerman did not disclose the money to him either until after he was released on $150,000 bail, of which he only had to pay 10 percent or $15,000.

O'Mara then told CNN's Anderson Cooper a few days later that the accounts had a little over $204,000, money collected through a website his client had set up to solicit donations for living expenses. That sum has since whittled down to $135,000.

The Zimmermans are heard on the released tapes speaking in code about the hidden money. Eight thousand dollars is referred to as $8 and $155,000 as $155. Zimmerman also instructed his wife to pay off credit card debt accumulated with American Express and Sam's Club.

Court documents revealed the actual amounts transfered which show Shellie Zimmerman made several transactions while her husband was still locked up and more after he was released on bond.

On April 16 and 19, a few days before Zimmerman was granted bail, his wife transfered more than $74,000 to her account. She then reportedly made eight transfers, four in the amount of $9,990 , another two for $9,999 and two more for $7,500 each.

Bank statements reportedly show that on April 24, four days after the defendant was released on $150,000 bond, wife Shellie made a huge transfer of $85,000 to her husband's account.

Shellie Zimmerman was released on $1,000 bail shortly after her arrest last week but husband George Zimmerman is sitting in a Seminole County jail for the second time in this case, charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 17- year-old Trayvon Martin.
