This is an interesting report of an angry mako shark that preferred to keep biting the propeller of the fishing boat instead of the chunk of fresh tuna that was offered to it by the boats man.

It appeared to be an angry mako shark which hated boats, for whatever reason.

This report is from The Australian dated 15th of June 2012.

The boatman was Damien Dwyer and his wife Teeny was accompanying him – when they were 20-Km from the Dampier coast this 10-foot huge mako shark appeared.

It circled the boat and kept trying to bite the propeller of the boat.

When Damien offered it a chunk of tuna on a fishing hook, it ignored the bait and kept up the repeated attack which continued for nearly 15-minutes!!

Fortunately, it did not overturn the boat.

Damien had recorded this strange encounter on his video – it happened last September and he has released it now.
