.He continued: "Security is a guarantee because we attract tourists .. tourism, which we will provide a strong infrastructure for it .. and many provinces will benefit directly as the Red Sea , South Sinai, Giza, Luxor , Aswan and others will benefit from various sectors of Egyptian society .. the return of security will help us establish a special economic zone in the Upper axes - the Red Sea within the map of new investment to Egypt . he added , we will start from the first moment to attract foreign investment to create jobs
