Margaret Sanchez, suspected in the Jaren Lockhart murder, appeared in court this morning in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. This was the second time this week that she attended a hearing, but not much was revealed in the case. Yesterday the blue-haired woman appeared in court but all she did was weep and ask to call her father. Today she refused to waive extradition, which means she is avoiding returning to Mississippi, where the remains of the murdered stripper washed ashore.
Margaret Sanchez, along with her boyfriend Terry Speaks, were arrested on Tuesday night on unrelated charges, but it's fortunate they were arrested nonetheless. It's apparent that both of these individuals at least know what happened to Jaren Lockhart, but to what extent? Neither one of them have been charged but are considered persons of interest. What does that mean?
Could there be more people involved in the slaying and dismemberment of the New Orleans stripper or were Speaks and Sanchez alone in this horrible crime?
