This video describes text message scams commonly known as cramming. It highlights one company, JAWA.com (with CEO Jason Hope) that is being sued by Verizon for engaging in such practices. The charges appear on cell phone bills from AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile and other wireless providers.
