Police in Athens seek thief who stole 400000 toothpicks

Athens-Clarke police are trying to track down thieves who stole nearly 400000 plastic toothpicks from a local toothpick manufacturer.

According to Athens-Clarke County police, the mystery bandit stole six cases of toothpicks worth approximately $3,000 from Armond’s Manufacturing Company Inc. about two weeks ago, and an additional seven cases last weekend.

Police belive this is a job of former or a current employe who had a key to get access.There is no sign of force entry.Police yet to make any arrest so far.
