Deliver me, I pray thee, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau: for I fear him, lest he will come and smite me, and the mother with the children.

-- Gen. 32:11 (KJV)

Jacob was in total paranoia mode in this verse. He was afraid that Esau was going to kill him and his family. If Esau wanted to kill Jacob, then Esau wouldn't have arranged to meet with his brother after being swindled twenty years ago. Whenever you are in a paranoid state, pray to God so that He can clear your head of all false assumptions.

Numerical Analysis: The numerical pattern for this verse is 5,2,7,1,3. (5) To stay in God's presence, ask Him for deliverance. (2) To be delivered, pray to God. (7) To be complete, realize that God is the only One that can deliver you. (1) To stay in the anointing, realize that God is the only One that can deliver you. (3) To stay in the Spirit, do not be afraid of anyone on this earth. We are all human beings.
