According to a new study published in the Environmental Science and Technology journal, an ingredient used in sunscreen lotions may result to painful gynecological condition named endometriosis. The new study also claimed the chemical in small traces can pass through the skin and be absorbed into the blood where they are tied to a higher risk of endometriosis.

According to Wikipedia, sunscreen protects against two common forms of skin cancers, squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and basal cell carcinoma (BCC).
