CMT – Country Music Television celebrated the best in country music videos on Wednesday night the CMT Vusic Awards. This year the CMT Music Awards was an “American Idol” reunion with several Idol alums and winners presenting, performing, and winning awards.

Country star Toby Keith and actress Kristen Bell hosted the awards show at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The pair arrived at the stage standing inside a huge “Red Solo Cup”. “Red Solo Cup” hit maker Kieth called it CMT’s answer to Lady Gaga’s egg who was holding a “Red Solo Cup” of his own.

The CMT Music Awards included performances by Lady Antebellum, Luke Bryan, Lauren Alaina, the Zac Brown Band, Casey James, the Pistol Annies with Miranda Lambert, Jana Kramer, “The Band Perry”, Hank Williams Jr., Brad Paisley, Little Big Town, Scotty McCreery, Jamie Johnson, Darius Rucker, Willie Nelson, Kenny Chesney, The Farm, Toby Keith, Eric Church, Kip Moore, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, and Journey.

Presenters of the Big Buckle Award included Ashley Green, Jake Owen, The Band Perry, Dario Franchitti, Jordan Sparks, Tony Hawk, Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Tom Arnold, Steve Austin, Colton Dixon, Skylar Laine, Kelly Pickler, Luke Bryan, and Alan Jackson.
