Co-owners Leigh and Rachel will lead the latestworkshop for the popular “Turn Your Passion Into a Paycheck” series at the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE). Don’t miss the chance to hear Leigh and Rachel discuss their journey into developing their own company and brand!
“Nella means ‘in the’ in Italian because what goes in the pasta means everything to us. We only use what’s in season, picked fresh and grown with organic practices.” – Leigh and Rachel, Founders of Nella Pasta
With culinary backgrounds and ashared passion for good food, the girls began planning to open their own business. They searched out the best local farms and companies such as Narragansett Creamery for their award-winning, super creamy ricotta, and Four Star Farms for their local wheat flour. With the best ingredients in hand, Nella developed their signature seasonal ravioli. Two years later, Nella Pasta is rolling in the dough as a successful pasta brand, proving that dreams can come true!
