MEL Gibson's 93-year-old father wants a divorce.

According to a petition filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court today, Hutton Gibson cited irreconcilable differences from his wife of ten years Teddy Joye Gibson, who is reportedly in her 70's.

John Hutton Gibson's first wife, and Mel's mother, Anne Reilly died in 1990 and they had eleven children together.

Hutton Gibson is hardly the first Gibson to make divorce headlines.Mel and his first wife Robyn were married for 26 years before they divorced in 2006. She received the biggest payout in Hollywood history of $400 million.
