Le Bonitas accused the 31-year old socialite over a licensing agreement in 2010. In her counter-lawsuit, Hilton also accused the underwear brand of owing them $1.5 million and royalty fees.
The TMZ.com is reporting that the hotel heiress entered the Big Apple courthouse in Manhattan, New York City to settle a mandatory conference as the company claimed that Hilton hurt their business by not signing their designs in a timely manner.
But according to reports, the reality star and the heads of the company came to an agreement that the lawsuit will be dropped off provided that she will fronts the line.
