A sudden war of words erupted in the White House between two aides of President Barack Obama – one was Eric Holder, his attorney general and the other was David Axelrod his top political adviser.
This has been reported in The Telegraph dared 3rd of June 2012.
The reason behind this eruption is believed to be differences between on imposing White House operatives on the department of Justice.
The two were about to get into fisticuffs and stood chest-to-chest - and Valerie Jarrett, a White House adviser and confidante to Barack Obama had to intervene and separate them physically.
Apparently, Eric Holder had become incensed after David Axelrod had gone public about political interference in his office and pointed fingers of accusation at Eric Holder.
It seems David Axelrod had wanted to add a political official to the staff of Eric Holder because of a couple of blunders that had been committed in the past after he took over in 2009.
