Robert Pattinson - MTV Movie Awards

A little less than one day is left for all the stars to gather on the sizzling red carpet of the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. The show will start on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and it will also be covered live online on the MTV official website tomorrow at 9 p.m. ET.

You will get to witness your favorite celebrities, including Kristen Stewart, Andrew Garfield, Michael Fassbender, Mila Kunis and many more, walking down the red carpet. The 2012 MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by Biel, Kate Beckinsale and Jodie Foster. Fashion updates will be brought to you by a special style correspondent, "Vampire Diaries" star Kat Graham, along with MTV red carpet hosts Sway, Jim Cantiello and Josh Horowitz.

The MTV News team was present at the venue on Saturday doing pre-show rehearsals down the red carpet. The team that has put together this spectacular event is also anxiously waiting for the ceremony to start.

The awards show will definitely be a spectacular event of this summer. According to the MTV official website, Emma Watson, Ezra Miller and Logan Lerman are going to present the brand new trailer for "The Perks of Being a Wallflower”.

There’s definitely a lot of attraction for "The Dark Knight" fans, as director Christopher Nolan and co-stars Christian Bale and Joseph Gordon-Levitt will appear to show some footage of their final Batman movie.

Aside from Hollywood entertainment, President Obama is also all set to showcase his first re-election ad during the show. Most opposing parties are curious to find out what it will be like.

The MTV Movie Awards are presented annually on MTV. The nominees are decided by producers and executives at MTV. Winners are decided online by the general public; hence, there is always a lot of excitement amongst the nominees, as they get direct feedback about their performance by their own fans. The voting is done on MTV's official website through a special link, movieawards.mtv.com.
