School officials at a Chinese University in Liaoning province are furious over a controversial photo taken in front of their school by graduating students, where a building nearby was on fire.
The ABC news is reporting that those students were about to attend their graduation ceremony in Dalian University of Technology City College, when a warehouse near the university building caught fire.
While the students were being evacuated, they decided to stop and take snap photos, report says. A certain Netizen 'Brent-J', who posted the photo online, had put a caption that reads: "It's too big a coincidence to see the university on fire today, the students are filled with love in seeing the school burn."
Obviously, all students in the photo looked screaming with joy, dressed on their graduation gowns and tossing caps on the air. The scandalous graduation photo was reportedly, went viral and forwarded over 3,000 times, according to the Daily Mail.
“Our students should not be celebrating destruction," said a fuming University official in their website.
