Here is the latest scoop about Justin Bieber’s alleged brawl with a paparazzo outside a California shopping center with her girlfriend Selena Gomez on Sunday. Report says the pop singer could face six months in jail after police decided to refer the case to a prosecutor on possible criminal charges.

The teen star is wanted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney for investigation, after a photographer filed a police report that Justin had beaten him up, when he insisted to snap their photos. The unnamed snapper called 911 after the fight outside Calabasas shopping mall. Before the police arrived, the couple was gone.

The photographer reportedly complained of chest pains and he was brought to hospital for treatment. TMZ is reporting that Justin is currently doing a concert in Norway. He will be investigated on possible misdemeanor battery.
