The manufactured sand production line includes feeder, jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher, sand maker, round vibratory screen, effective sand washer, belt-conveyor, etc. And using centralized control guarantees the graceful discharge, stable operation, high-efficiency and-saving. We are able to also equip this line with cone crusher and dedusting device, etc. Single line capacity is 50 ~ 1000T/H.

The raw stone is moved to jaw crusher via vibratory feeder for primary crushing. Then moved to fine jaw crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. Then your belt conveyor provides the crushed gemstones to sand maker. Then your gemstones are tested out into a number of different types having a vibratory screen. Gemstones with satisfied size is going to be moved to sand washer, then they'll be final product while overlarge gemstones is going to be came back to sand maker for recrushing, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The ultimate items can combined and degreed based on the clients needed. Once the line doesn't has sand washer, we'll add some thickness from the powder separator and dedusting device.
