They both called the stones different names, but they both mean the same thing. The names mean "the heap of witness." They piled up the heap of stones as a witness before God that they made a covenant between each other.

They set this contract in stone. Nowadays, whenever you make an agreement with someone, then obtain a written contract. I don't care if you make a deal with your friends or with your relatives. Put everything in writing.

Numerical Analysis: The numerical pattern for this verse is 4, 2, 6, 3, 1, 7. (4) Stay in God's Word in order to be a witness to all. (2) Walk in God's kingdom in order to be a witness to all. (6) Expose evil in order to be a witness to all. (3) Stay in the Spirit in order to be a witness to all. (1) Stay in the anointing in order to be a witness to all.
