Russia: Foreign Ministry sharply criticizes statement by U.S. Ambassador for students

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday sharply criticized U.S. Ambassador Michael McFaul for his speech at a meeting with the students about the policies of Moscow,accused his lack of professionalism, breaking diplomatic labels and false interpretation of foreign policy.

Ambassador McFaul occurred on Friday, May 25th, at the School of Economics, where he criticized, among others Russian policy in Central Asia, even saying that Russia has offered money for the removal of the Kyrgyz leader of the country's U.S. base Manas.

Foreign Ministry wrote in his statement, that this claim, and a presentation by McFaul other issues "are a deliberate distortion of a number of aspects of Russian-American dialogue."

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry statement sounded equally unprofessional McFaul representative about some "dependency," which reportedly is pushing Russia swollen when discussing international problems.

"Declare that apparently we offered to exchange" Iran to Georgia "and" human rights in North Korea "that is not understood completely the influence of Moscow, in which the essential issues, including non-proliferation, it is undisputed priority and are not subject to any fair "- writes the MFA of Russia.
