Canadian pop star Justin Bieber is on investigation for misdemeanor battery against photographer in an alternation incident in California shopping center.

The photographer claims that he has been struck by Bieber after he took pictures along with his girlfriend Selena Gomez at Calabasas mall. The photographer compalined of pain and was immediately sent to a hospital for treatment.

The photographer asked to file a police complaint naming Bieber as the culprit. Bieber's camp still didn't release any statement from the incident happened.

The Los Angeles County sheriff's detective still on investigating prior to this matter.
