Could the rumors aboutand getting back together really be true? After six months of a rollercoaster ride following the breakup, Demi Moore was once again spotted in an apparently emotional rendezvous with ex-husband Ashton Kutcher at the birthday party of a mutual friend. Word has it that the two have been meeting to discuss the future of their relationship.
According to a hard-to-swallow story, a source told London Sunday Mirror that the couple was “still desperately in love and could be on for reconciliation. The divorce isn’t being processed right now.”
Demi had been leaking hints on Twitter all week that she might be ready to forgive Ashton and the two might begin their relationship from scratch. As the duo met at the birthday bash of Rabbi Yehuda Berg, the singer who performed at their knot tying ceremony seven years back, they reportedly greeted each other with a minute-long hug.
“Ashton was there quietly socializing and Demi showed up a couple of hours later looking amazing," told a source present at the party. "She went over to wish Yehuda a happy birthday and Ashton was right by him. Yehuda left them to talk. They started to chat and were extremely affectionate." Moore was reported seen looking at her ex like a “love sick puppy.” Minutes later, Ashton got up and started speaking up how great a friend Yehuda was.
But that was not all he talked about. His voice began to break and he broke into tears as he made the emotional admission declaring, “I’ve made all these horrendous mistakes in the last year,” clearly referring to the couple’s breakup after he was caught cheating. Moore just sat there with a frozen look on her face and a glint in her eye that appeared to be a tear she was trying to hide.
A source told Radar Online that Ashton, 34, and Demi, 49, have met twice in the last couple of weeks to discuss where their relationship is headed to next. The whole idea of the meetings “was to discuss, where do they go from here. They’re by no means getting back together but equally no decision has been made to end things for good so everything is to play at this stage,” the source said.
