Last unmitigated date of constituent assembly is going to expire by 12 PM today 27 May 2012. Even having wide range of disagreements general people were hoping new constitution at the beginning of day and like in previous time people supposed leaders come in common ground. But this time term of CA is really expiring and people who waited 5 years for constitution of country and finally achieved nothings in hand.

What a worse situation? Cost of spent and associated for CA is not comparable with any resources if people get constitution. But people lost hope and resources which will be dark history of country for many generations to come. Lawmakers of various political parties are chanting slogans in the premises of the Constituent Assembly and blamed the top brass leaders failed to forge consensus on the disputes pertaining to the constitution drafting. Especially Maoist and Terai concentrated parties have one allies and Neplai Congress and UML have another. Politically Neplai Congress and UML have majority support from civil societies and people, even though Maoist has more seats in CA. And top self-assurance leaders of the three major political parties divided their ways from the meeting held at the initiatives of CA Chairman Mr. Subash Nembang with no signs of common understandings

Amid of these situations Nepal government has scheduled for an emergency Cabinet meeting which is to be held shortly at Singha Durbar, after failing to arrive at consensus of top leaders. Based up on a source nearer to Prime Minister Bhattarai, the government is preparing to publicize fresh elections date. But analysts said as a least developing country, Nepal can not afford such expensive election time to time without having significant achievement in restructuring of new Nepal. Nepali congress has proposed to promulgate constitution by incorporating agreed issues and to transform present CA members into members of parliament which may resolve all unsolved issues.

Now people have many questions for Nepali leaders specially for Maoist leaders. Now Maoist have to justify the purposes of 10 years armed conflcit. Nepal is in most weaker situation of history. Present Babu Ram lead governmemt nither able to hold CA election nor form a consensus government. Political deadlock is being imposed due to Maoist party.

A naturally beautiful country has been suffering from lack of good governance and political stability.
