Serial killer Ted Bundy had confessed to killing 30 but, it is now revealed by his lawyer, that the actual figure might have been much higher - more in the region of 100 as reported in perthnow dated the 25th of May 2012.
The first murder that he had committed was that of a man – and he followed that up with kidnap, rape and then murder of nearly 30 women in the 1970s. He later targeted the women.
That was his confession and he was executed in 1989.
However, he had confessed to his lawyer that the actual number was several times more – he had lost count and said it would have been nearer 100.
John Henry Browne, his lawyer, was privy to this information that Ted Bundy had confided to him and, the lawyer has decided to make the information public now after 20-years.
In the opinion of the lawyer, serial killer Ted Bundy knew that he was evil and did not hide the fact – before his execution, he had signed a statement to John Henry Browne that he could release the details after his death.
