Hinigaran town by the highway
In barangay Calapi, Hinigaran, Negros Occ. is the site where 2 female kids, ages 1 and 3 were without mercy drowned to death in a sugar cane plantation canal by their very own biological mother, Mira Lacson, 24. The suspect owns the heinous crime according to the Philippine Star in its updated report of May 25, 2012.
