Yemen: Suicide car bomber kills 9, several wounded

Breaking News- At least nine people were killed and several others were wounded during the latest suicide bombing in northern Yemen on Friday. And in a separate blast earlier this morning, no casualties so far have been reported.

Dubai Reuters conveyed that a suicide car bomber had targeted the Shi'ite Muslim rebels also known as Houthis, while praying at a school in the northern al-Jawl province adjoining Saudi Arabia.

The said attack resulted to six casualties of the rebels and three civilians. Reportedly, another suicide bomber had targeted a Houthi protest march in Saada province but have no victims.

On Monday, a suicide bomber dressed up in a military uniform killed up to 112 soldiers and injured at least 300 people during a military parade practice in San'ah. An affiliate of Al-Qaeda had claimed responsibility of the attack.

It was not reported whether today’s bomb blast was also link to the militant group.
