PESHAWAR: Pakistani doctor, Shakil Afridi, recently sentenced to 33 years for treason after being recruited by the CIA to help find Osama bin Laden. The local media reported that Shakeel Afridi is not only in poor health, but has also jailed in Peshawar.

The latest updates from different sources on May 25 reveal that strict ban has been imposed on meeting to Shakeel Afridi himself in the local prison at Peshawar, but his house situated at Hayatabad, Peshawar has also cordon off and heavily guarded by the elite force.

It was further reveal that few strange foreigners tried to meet Shakeel Afridi himself, as well as his family members in Hayatabad, Peshawar. In addition the family is trying to engage a lawyer for appeal against the order in the Peshawar High court. Furthermore according to the latest information the health condition of Shakeel Afridi is also peculiar, however the provincial government imposed ban on out of prison medical checkup.
