A judge in Oklahoma City Oklahoma signed an order on Wednesday who was in custody in association in a shooting in the Bricktown entertainment district that wounded eight persons after a National Basketball Association (NBA) playoff game at the Chesapeake Energy Arena that had the Oklahoma City Thunder defeat the Los Angeles Lakers in a playoff game Monday evening.
An online court record shows Rodney Hill was ordered released from custody pending a further investigation into the shooting incident.
Police on Tuesday arrested on Tuesday a 17 yeart old male in associaton with the shooting incident.
Hill's lawyer said investigators did not find enough evidence his client was criminally involved in the shooting.
Oklahoma City Thunder officials said the team will no longer broadcast basketball games outside the arena on the jumbotron after the incident Monday night.
