The father of two of the four boys died in a car accident in the posh Ayala Alabang Village in Muntinlupa in the early morning of May 19 is mourning the tragedy.
"It hurts so much knowing that I have to wait to get to heaven before I see you again," posted pastor Vince Syapp on Facebook.
Police are invistigating the cause of the car accident that killed brothers Timothy, 18, and Joushua balaguer Syyap, 15; Bruce Garcia, 14; and Thomas Eric Nguyen,16.
Investigation showed that at about 4 a.m. last Saturday, the four were onboard a Hyundai Elantra car and were travelling on Acacia Street in Ayala Alabang Village when their car slammed into a concrete Meralco post.
The car then crashed into the concrete fence of a house at 102 Guijo Street. Because of the impact, the four passengers were thrown out of the car.
The victims were brought bt the village ambulance to the Asian Hospital and Medical Center for treatment. The Syyap brothers and Garcia were declared dead on arrival while Nguyen died at 6:30 a.m. Police said the car was a total wreck.
The bodies of Garcia and the Syyap brothers were brought to the Holy Trinity Funeral while Nguyens' body was taken to the paz Funeral.
On his Facebook profile, Syyap said Timothy and Joshua were his "pride and joy".
"Tim & Josh, my amigos, my pride and joy. How I wish I can tell you how proud I am and how much I love you just one more time. It hurts so much knowing that I have to wait to get to heaven before I see you again.I will always love you guys and always be proud to have you as my amigos. Will miss you so much," he said.
