Who says there are no more virgins nowadays especially in a liberated nation like the United States?
In a recent interview of Lolo Jones on HBO’s “Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel,” she told Mary Carillo that remaining a virgin is harder than training for the Olympics. It’s been a difficult road for the 29-year old athlete as her hectic schedule does not allow her for dating.
Jones first tweeted that she is still a virgin. The silver medalist told Carillo that she has yet to have sex because her virginity is the greatest gift that she wanted to give her future husband.
“This journey has been hard,” she said. “It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life. Harder than training for the Olympics. Harder than studying for college has been staying a virgin before marriage.”

The Olympic athlete even revealed that she had been tempted to have sex and guys told her “Hey, you know, if you have sex, it’ll help you run faster.” But Jones only responded, “If you marry me, then yeah.”
