Miranshah, May 23, 2012: The unmanned aircraft fired two missiles on Wednesday, hitting a hide out in North Waziristan Agency, killed at least three militants, local security officials said.
The drone fired two missiles at a hide out in miranshah bazaar near mal mandi, the headquarters of North Waziristan at round about 02.00 am and killed three militants in the strike, conformed local and officials sources.
Local eye witness told that the targeted home was damaged completely and all the dead were burn that was the reason identity of those killed was not known.
They also said that four to five US Drones were hovering over the area for long before firing missiles that triggered panic in the whole area.
It was the 1st drone attack during the month, in which several of alleged militants killed,
The unmanned plane fired two missiles at an girls high school which was closed from several years in miranshah bazaar on April 29, killing three militants and two others injured.
Since 2004 US drone targeted dozens of high profile local and foreigners’ commanders in Pakistan tribal areas especially North and South Waziristan agencies.
On may 20, Pakistan president asif ali zardari said to US in shekago meeting that the drone attacks in Pakistan tribal belt should be stopped and termed it against the sovereignty of Pakistan. He also said that pak U S should think about the alternate, but analysts said what will be the Drone alternate, its still not known.
