British chef and restaurateur Tristan Welch creates the world's biggest meat sandwich for the lauching of Man versus Food in the United Kingdom.

The famous food reality series in United States is hosted by Adam Richman as he travels around the country to take on a different food challenges. The show challenge who can take it the biggest, heaviest, spiciest and hottest food.

The world's biggest meat sandwich is 15 inches high, 24 inches wide and weighs almost two stones for it contains 1,445 grams of ham, two kilograms of salami, turkey and bacon, one kilogram of sausages and 720 grams of chorizo. Anybody who wants to eat the biggest meat sandwich will took 10 hours to finish.
