Baby mama drama for Usher: Singer cries in court as bitter custody case battles on (Video)

5.22.12]---R&B crooner Usher cried and mopped his eyes on the stand on Monday, as a bitter custody case between he and his ex-wife Tameka Foster battled on in an Atlanta courtroom.

The singer got very emotional when his ex-wife's lawyer implied that he was a bad father who would rather party and take drugs than be there for his kids.

Usher is reportedly fighing for more custody of his two boys in response to their mother filing for sole custody, but a brawl between ex-wife Tamika Foster and his current girlfriend Grace Miguel has added to the fray. The alleged altercation that occured at Tamika's residence between the two women was a sore topic in court as Usher explained why he brought his current lover to the home of his ex.

Apparently he was running late for something so to save time, the singer said he brought along his girlfriend while dropping off his son. Grace alleged Tamika struck her but according to GlobalGrind sources, she only spat on her.

Tamika said she felt disrespected by Usher bringing Grace to her home. Well, he didn't bring her to the house per se. In a video aired by TMZ, Usher was seen on the stand recounting what happened that day. He told how he parked away from Tameka's house, down a hill and left his current girlfriend Grace in the car to avoid any "negative interaction between them" and walked to his ex-wife's house to drop off his son.

He said Tameka asked him why he parked down the hill, then proceeded down the hill herself. He told her to go back to the house and attend to the children for they were left alone. He said Tameka told him not to worry about the children--that "they were fine," and continued to go towards where he was parked. Incidentally, the children were Usher V age 3 and Naviya, age 2.

To make a long story short, the two women had an altercation, for Usher told the court that Tameka went up to the car and told Grace, "Bitch, get out of the car," adding she was going to "Kick her ass." The singer said his ex-wife proceeded to spit and swing at his girlfriend at which time he went around and stood beween them. Tameka denied hitting Grace. The fight is not the only dirty laundry aired in open court. Accusations of drug use reportedly came up, but Usher denied using drugs except for marijuana. Ecstasy was one one of the drugs named. On whether he used drugs in front of the children, Usher said he never did but his ex-wife is implying otherwise.
