Better safe than sorry. After the havoc caused by this hurricane in the caribbean, it makes sense that the authorities are taking all precautions in New Orleans before land fall.

I completely agree. It is amazing at how fast this hurricane is growing. They need to be doing all they can to keep as many safe as possible.
