Critical Partner-isn't running in next year's elections. His Senate terms expires in 2016. But Bong Revilla be very busy on the campaign trail just the same.
He was recently reinstalled president of the Lakas-CMD and elected chairman of its Council of Elders. Bong says Lakas will continue to be a "critical partner in national development," meaning a constructive opposition party. Also the party will endorse senatorial and local candidates in 2013.
Is it true Lakas will endorsein her campaign for a seat in the senate? Alma is Parañaque councilor and is banking on the support of councilors all over the Philippines, whose league she heads. She's married to a city mayor in Mindanao.
STAR-STUDDED - As in previous elections, next year's will be "star-studded."
Considered the line-up with former Presidentleading the pack. Erap is running for mayor of Manila, with another actor as his vice mayor, Isko Moreno. In an interview with Ces Drillon in "Pipol," Isko says he's confident that the presidency is within reach when and if he becomes Manila mayor.

ER, Ejercito and wife Maita, reelectionist, Laguna governor and Pagsanjan mayor.
Lucy Torres and husband Richard Gomez. Lucy is seeking a second term as Ormoc reprsentative and Goma running for mayor.
Vilma Santos, said to be sure winner in Batangas, serving her third and last term as governor.
