Cricket-Australia's Pomersbach arrested

The 27-year-old young cricketer was alleged to have molested a woman and physically attacked her male friend in the capital city of India in a hotel during a party after Pomersbach's Bangalore team had beaten Delhi in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match on Thursday After the complaint lodged by the women at new Delhi metro police,.Pomersbach was arrested and later on granted interim bail by a city court. The magistrate directed the cricketer to surrender his passport before it and asked him not to leave the country without its prior permission. "No material evidence for offence under section 452 of the IPC is made out against the accused. I am granting him bail on a personal bond of Rs 30,000 with two sureties," the court said. After watching the CCTV footage provided by the police, Metropolitan Magistrate Navita Kumari Bagha granted bail to Pomersbach , Pomersbach has battled depression and drug problems and narrowly avoided a jail sentence in Australia after admitting assaulting a police officer who was trying to arrest him for drink driving. (as reported by CRICBUZZ reporter.) The alleged Cricketer said that ,”I have faith on Indian Judiciary and follow the rule of law as per the court’s direction.”
