DRC government threatens to pin down bad aircrafts

Justin Kalumba, DRC minister of Transport and Communication way, requests to Civil Aviation Authority to pin dow (ACC), immediately after a technical check, all airplane which don't fulfill conditions of fly, reported yesterday radio Okapi.

The minister requests also to ACC to publish regularly in its web site and in local press the list of all aircrafts which aren't in a fit state to fly.

He recommends also that all issuing or all renewal of exploitation license be subordinate an audit of company and planed by a credible international organization, with the help of ACC.

It's a good measure, but the problem is its application. Wait and see.
