A bus accident in Vietnam kills dozens of peole and 21 injured after it fells from a bridge and crashed into a riverbank on its central district.
The 50 seater bus lost it control and ripped through the guardrails on Thursday night results to fell the into the bridge about 18 meters and lands on top but partially submerged in Serepok River. The many number of casualties results that most of the passengers are asleep during the accident happened. Passengers just heard a noise like a gunfire as it fells and already screaming. Some passengers were trying to escape from the window were glasses are broken.
Rescuers took four hours to pull the bodies from the bus, which was travelling on a regular 350-kilometre route from the central highland province of Dak Lak to the southern commercial hub of Ho Chi Minh City. They need to use axes just to free the passengers trapped on the bus.
Two drivers of the bus are among the 32 people died at the scene. The injured passengers are in serious condition results that 2 of the passengers being rescued died in the hospital. The authorities are on keen investigation on the cause of the accident.
