Mother Monster is in the midst of her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour, and the sold out June 3 show in Indonesia would have been the largest stop on the tour with 52000 seats. Gaga has had to cancel the show following protests by Islamic critics and conservative lawmakers, who said her sexy clothes and dance moves will corrupt the youth. The critics say the show threatens the country's moral fiber. The head of hardline Islamic Defender Front, Salim Alatas explained of Gaga, "She's a vulgar singer who wears only panties and a bra when she sings and she stated she is the envoy of the devil's child and that she will spread satanic teaching." A National police spokesman in Indonesia said today that the permit for the concert had been denied following the loud criticism. The police were worried they could not guarantee security and the safety of the concert, and were urged to deny the permit, therefore cancelling the show. Gaga is no stranger to controversy, as her South Korea concerts were banned for anyone 18 and younger. We're sure this is the last of the controversy Gaga will face while on her world tour.
