After the controversial qoutes from the Filipino boxing champ Congressman Pacquiao on Gay Marriage, the gay and lesbian community became outrage as they felt the boxing champ descriminated their gender and their rights.

Here is an open letter from a Filipina gay based in America Laurel Fantauzzo , She's currently an Arts Fellow at the University of Iowa Master of Fine Arts in Nonfiction program. Single and was a Fulbright Scholar in the Philippines last 2011.
