Sara Eisen Skirt Blooper on Bloomberg TV

Report By: Nina Rai

New York City, 16 May, 2012

It will be a day lovely Sara Eisen will not forget in a hurry. The Bloomberg's TV reporter was left red faced after being caught off-guard with her skirt hitched up around her thighs during a live news broadcast.

The hugely embarrassing wardrobe blooper happened just as the American news anchor was getting ready to deliver a news report. She accidentally displayed a little more than she intended, after her colleague's microphone, without warning, stopped functioning.

The camera, meanwhile, quickly zoomed in on the financial expert who at that point was trying to adjust the failed microphone pinned underneath her red dress. In the bargain, the nation got a tantalizing glimpse of Sarah Eisen’s underwear.

However, to her credit the blonde reporter recovering her equilibrium quickly, covered up her modesty by pulling her skirt down. The embarassed anchor later explained away the brief glitch as 'technical difficulties'.

Acknowledging the awkward moment with an ironic smile, the remarkably professional Bloomberg presenter then launched into an in-depth report on the serious topic of the eurozone crisis.

Subsequently, the wardrobe blooper clip was posted on to video-sharing website YouTube. The video has garnered thousands of hits in less than 24 hours. 'She took it in her stride and didn't let it derail her. She is a true pro,' commented one user.

Nina, I see the object under her skirt as a gun. Device or microphone?
