A young boy from Peta in Uganda,bed bound, after his legs swelled up to elephant size and also contracted a deadly flesh-eating infection.
Vincent Oketch ,10, unable to walk and is forced to wear dresses because his legs are too large to fit into trousers.
Vincent is believed to have been born with a lymphatic problem, causing the swelling to grow over time.
Vincent fatherTito, said that he first spotted the problem at the time when Vincent was 18 month old.
He is also believed to suffer from elephantitis and tissue deformity while the swelling has left him with a dislocated hip and broken ankles.
Local doctor Isaac Osire is desperately trying to help save the boy, who may have contracted a rare and serious flesh-eating infection called fasciitis.
Doctors in his tiny village of Peta say the boy may die soon if he is not treated. They are appealing to the international community for help.
