Palin is the perfect fit for the GOP. She, too, wants to drill anywhere and everywhere in Alaska for oil and natural gas. Gotta imagine that makes the good ol' Bush backers stand up and take notice. But I'm not sure it was a good move by McCain & Co. to remind America how ancient he is. After all, this 44-year-old running mate, and mother of five, looks half his age when standing next to him for photo ops. Wait, she is nearly half his age!
