The international justice again today to sit on the dock officials from previous governments of the United States for its role in the implementation of torture and war crimes. A War Crimes Tribunal in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia, found guilty of crimes against humanity, former president George W.Bush (2001-2009), the exvicemandatario Dick Cheney and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, reported Digital Global Research site.

The former Prime Minister Tony Blair of Britain and other senior former officials involved in the initiation of the "war on terror "in countries like Iraq and Afghanistan, were also blamed for such charges. As a court of conscience, the verdict is merely declaratory, but has the power to send the accumulated evidence to the United Nations and its Security Council and the ICC International, the publication said.

During the trial, showed evidence substantiating that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld gave the green light to the use of torture during interrogations, which recognized even after he said the publication. The high court heard testimony from some victims and witnesses, including Abbas Abid, Moazzam Begg and Jameelah Hameedi, who described the horrific torture they witnessed during their incarceration. also declared Ali Shalal Iraqi and British Rhulel Ahmed.

Abbas Abid, for example, still remains without fingernails , which were plucked with pliers. Ali Shalal was attacked and tortured with electric wires. Moazzam Begg was confining isolation, while Jameelah was stripped, humiliated and used as human shield while being transported in a helicopter. All sequels revealed by damage, stressed the source. They were captured in Afghanistan and Iraq, and in the case of Moazzam Begg and Rhunel Ahmed, transferred to the prison in Washington at the illegal Naval Base that the U.S. maintains in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices participating in the formulation or execution of a common plan for conspiring to commit war crimes, are responsible for the implementation of these plans by specific individuals, the court concluded. The Court stated hope that, with the evidence collected, witnesses can be found in the future an international body with jurisdiction to deal with the charges against the culprits.
