Commission on Human Rights commissioner, Etta Rosales, said that Cebu Pacific ground staff, who was allegedly verbally abused by Claudine Baretto in NAIA 3, last May 6, can sue human rights violation charge against the actress.
According to Rosales, “They can file a case dito sa CHR if they want to, sapagkat dignidad nila yan, hindi naman nila kasalanan iyan.”
CHR will extend help on the proceedings of the case to Charice Bocboc, the airline’s staff, if they will be in need of help.
In a report on TV Patrol last Thursday, May10, Elizabeth Bocboc mother of Charice exclaimed on the incident where her daughter was involved.
“Duru-duruin niya ang anak ko. Binababoy niya eh! Iyan ay pinapaaral namin, hindi sa pinapaaral namin na mumurahin lang at babastusin. Napasakit lang bilang nanay.”
Charice was absent for four days after her encounter with Claudine. The airport where she worked advised her not to view her side about the incident.
