Mon Tulfo sustained injuries on the hands of Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barretto in a brawl at NAIA 3 on May 6, 2012. The following morning, Tulfo brothers were emotional in sympathies with their eldest brother. They uttered during their television and radio shows words against Santiago and Barretto. The statements were taken as threats against the celebrity couple.

On May 8, Erwin Tulfo, a broadcast journalist aired in two programs, Punto Asintado on Aksyon TV and Radyo Singko 92.3 the apology in behalf of his brothers Raffy and Ben said, sorry to Raymart and Claudine.

Nevertheless, early night ABS-CBC TV Patrol News on that day, Santiago was asked if he was willing to accept the apology. He remarked, “I will think it over.”

The celebrity couple was unforgiving and bound to push a head on legal confrontation with the Tulfo brothers.

Today, May 10, news circulates that TV5 has thrown its super weight against the 3 Tulfo brothers. The television network suspended them through a statement issued by TV5 Corporate PR Peachy Vibal-Guioguio.

Compounding the weight over the Tulfos, is the whole weight of Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB}. The government agency "found probable cause" to charge "T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita" for egging on the commission of violence as PDI’s Kate Evangelista reported.

Super weights of TV5 and MTRCB are pressing on 3 Tulfos. Practically, the whole heaven and earth fell upon them. Heavily aggrieved Mon Tulfo becomes more heavily aggrieved with his 3 younger brothers.
