New photos of Kristen Stewart from 'On The Road'

Gearing up for Cannes Film Festival, new movie stills and photos have been released of Kristen Stewart and the rest of the cast of On The Road. The highly anticipated film will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival. Kristen Stewart who plays Marylou and Garrett Hedlund who plays Dean Moriarity will be two of the many cast members on hand to present On The Road at Cannes.

On The Road has been in the works to become a feature film since 1957. After many failed attempts to shoot the movie, In 2010 Walter Salles was named director of the project and Garrett Hedlund, Sam Riley, Kristen Stewart, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst, Tom Sturridge and Elisabeth Moss were cast and On The Road was finally shot in the summer of 2010.

The new photos released on Thursday feature Garrett Hedlund and Kristen Stewart as Marylou and Dean, a few stills of Stewart and a cast photo including Stewart, Hedlund, Adams, Morensen, Dunst, Riley and Moss.

This is Stewart's second movie that will be released this year. On June 1st, Stewart will play Snow White in the summer blockbuster, Snow White and the Huntsman with The Avengers star, Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron.
