Whenever possible, the 22-year-old actress wears flats instead of heels, even on red carpet. However, on May 4, her casual look on "The Tonight Show" was due to an interesting reason.
Stewart shared that she got a bad "puncture wound" when doing additional hunt scenes so decided to wear flat shoes for her interview instead of high heels. Having just returned from reshoots for the much-awaited movie, Stewart said, "I wasn't trying to have ultimate swag when I walked out, I hurt my foot," according to a report on USmagazine.com. "I wasn't trying to get out of wearing heels either. Puncture wound, promise!” she adds.
The actress went to Vancouver withlast month to shoot additional scenes for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2", but the shoot was interrupted when Stewart hurt her foot while working on scenes in which her character, , goes on her first hunt as vampire.
and her boyfriend and co-star, Robert Pattinson, went back to Los Angeles from the re-shoot on Thursday.
Stewart admitted she was excited about her performance on set. She believes, "The first hunt is always so important. I just wanted more of it. We all wanted more of it.”
An insider shared tidbits about the two stars with UsWeekly, saying, “The couple made the most of their two day reshoots, and stayed at their usual suite at a local hotel.”
"Tuesday they stayed in and hung out together, he just wanted to have a mellow night and order in,” the report further says.
According to another source, Kristen and Pattinson are getting along quite well and their bond is getting stronger. It says, "They're doing great. They're the most normal couple in the world."
According to a report on hollywoodlife.com, an insider talked about Stewart’s conversion into a vampire in the upcoming movie, saying, “Kristen is awesome as a vampire, and the reshoots certainly drove that point home.”
The source also revealed information regarding the new movie and said that the team was very happy with her work and the movie would be a surprise for everybody. The report also says, “They are going to end the series with a bang! Kristen as a vampire is some of her best work yet because she gets to really have fun with it. She doesn’t just have to be Bella. She is allowed to be more and show more range. The crew has been more than satisfied with her work as a vampire.”
"Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" will be released in theatres in November.
