The India Union Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal told on Saturday that, Congress President honorable Sonia Gandhi was to finalise the presidential candidate.

All just even as the party continued its attempts to build a consensus on the issue. Just looking from Jaiswal point of view, Gandhi was zeroing in on the prospective candidate.
