Why OBAMACARE in the U.S. Supreme Court? A reaction

The concerned citizens in both houses of the U.S. Congress have fought hard enough to pass "The Affordable Care Act" and signed into law by Presidentotherwise, known as the OBAMACARE.
In principle the measure is designed to improve the quality of lives of America's senior citizens by providing them affordable medical care. This is in recognition of their patriotic services during their times of job capabilities and productiveness.
Despite of its attractive intentions and purposes, OBACARE was not spared from the rods of vehement criticisms and oppositions against its implementation. Such oppositions against the landmark piece of legislation must have been inspired by the origin of the root of its title "Obama".
It is very unfortunate that this law is being implemented during election season that caught the bad and obnoxious gases emitting from the Republicans. Following the legal processes, the law was submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court for review.
The fate of the law upon which medicares for senior citizens of America are rested is now hanging in the halls of the high bench. Supreme Court may allow the law to give extended lives to senior folks or killing it to shorten the lives of the old folks who are covered by the law.
In a news report now circulating in the electronic media, Amee Ellsworth said, "Obamacare saving seniors billions". Furthermore, "The Affordable Care Act is helping millions on Medicare save billions of dollars on care and prescription drugs,” according to top Medicare official Marilyn Tavenner. “The Affordable Care Act gives people on Medicare the relief they need from medical costs and more resources to stay healthy" said Ellsworth.
Will the U.S Supreme Court kill OBAMACARE because of its Obama color or because the Repoublicans want the measure be killed?
Will the high court kill the measure inspite of its evident positive impacts to its recipients? Hopefully, the court will have its many hearts before killing it to prevent it from the hook.
