Eric Schmidt Discussing Google and Politics at the Big Tent, DNC
Eric Schmidt, The CEO of Google discussed what Google is doing with respect to Politics, including helping people find were to go to vote by entering their coordinates in Google Maps.
Eric Schmidt was asked quesitons about journalism and Google news. He assured that Google News has lots of resources and they focusing more on international. Currently there are no ads on Google News, the strategy is to grow Google News and experiment with monetization later.
He said Google is all about other people's content, It is about building a buzz and community around great content.
